Summary

  • Remove the preview GitOps/vcluster/Webtop platform and its bootstrap workflow.
  • Add OpenBao OIDC configuration for the preview authentication setup.
  • Deploy Loki and Alloy for centralized Kubernetes container and node journal logs, with 14-day Loki retention.
  • Add Grafana Loki integration, structured severity filtering, and a top-20 grouped error table over a rolling 72-hour window.
  • Document the logging setup and persistent journald guidance.

Validation

  • terraform fmt -check -recursive
  • terraform validate
  • Verified the dashboard query against Loki and applied the dashboard update.
